Dear Potential Sponsor:

I am fully aware that if your schedule is like mine then you are extremely busy and most likely you’re pressed for time. But if you can give me a moment I have some exciting news to share with you regarding the Foundations for Recovery.   Let me first of all express my sincere appreciation for your ongoing financial support of FFR, for without your monthly support we could not continue to offer the excellence in Peer Mentor Services that we currently have available.

As you know, we in Jackson County and surrounding areas are in the midst of a widespread epidemic of drug and alcohol addiction.   In a recent Nationwide Survey nearly 85 % of homes in the United States have a direct family member, relative, friend or business associate effected by drugs or alcohol. Did you know that every 12 minutes in the United States we lose someone to drug overdose?

We at the Foundations for Recovery have a solution for these problems facing our community. This is an incredible opportunity to join with the Foundations for Recovery in reaching men, women and youth of our community regarding the importance of drug & alcohol education, abstinence and recovery.

What Do We Need?

As we continue becoming a viable source of recovery treatment and prevention we also find the overwhelming need to extend our services in our community, here’s how you can help:

  • Offer to become a sponsor of our upcoming 3rd Annual Drive Out Drugs Recovery Festival & Carnival set for Friday September 9th and Saturday September 10th. (Deadline for sponsorship is June 24th)
  • Offer Academy Training Scholarships ($ 450.00) to those interested in becoming an FFR Certified Recovery Peer Support Specialist (Training to Begin on Thursday July 7th)
  • Continue to offer your support to FFR through prayerful support.

Please consider sponsoring our event and if you need any further information please feel free to contact me at 541-245-4673 (HOPE)

Sincerely,

Douglas Gould
